Wednesday Stamping Group

I saw a card similar to this one that another artist did with this Cornish Heritage Farms, Kim Hughes, Happy Trails set and I put my own touches to it. For the most part, I can honestly tell you it was a CASE card. We have a new baby boy in the family so I'm thinking "boy cards".

Carolyn made this card with a man in mind. She sends cards to all her family and friends so occasionally you need a nice masculine one. This is a The Angel Company stamp that hadn't seen much action but we worked it out pretty good. Thanks Carolyn for always bringing us a great card to make.

JoAnne made this beautiful card. She is legally blind but you wouldn't know it except she has to wear goggles for fine work. She quills too and they are awesome. This card can be used for just about anything and is a welcome addition to my "stash".

Sweet Baby

We've been blessed with a new baby and It's A Boy! My niece and nephew had an 8 lb. baby boy named David Jeffery last week. This makes me once again a great aunt or is it grand aunt? Whichever, I'll try to be a good one. Yeah, yeah, this is another one of Regina Easter's digital stamps from her Cutting Cafe. On the inside it says Congrats on Your New Bundle of Joy. Yeah, yeah, it's yet another doily card from Wild Card.

Gotta Love the Doily Cards

This is another doily card that I made with Regina Easter's downloadable stamps A-ZISFOR from the Cutting Cafe. Each alphabet letter is used and I've tested several. What a great idea to download and print stamps that you store on your computer. She has many, many really cool digital stamps that you can purchase and they're very economical too. I'm hooked!

It's official, I am wanting to make all my cards a doily card from the Wild Card cartridge. I used Regina Easter's A-ZISFOR on the front and Kim Hughes Happy Trails set.

Wednesday Stamping Group

This is a card that I made from a tutorial in Everlasting Ink blog. Step by step instructions were very clear and it turned out quite nice. I altered the card somewhat in that she had a square card and I had already cut the card at 5 1/2 by 4 1/4. This is going to be my Mother's Day card and hopefully my mother-in-law will love it.

I bought this Cuttlebug folder at the last stamp show and hadn't used it yet so we decided to try out the paper that I bought that hadn't been used yet either and we came up with this. The paper is from Storage Units, Ink & More and Carolyn sanded off the top layer of paper to reveal the great turquoise color. The butterflies are a Martha Stewart punch. Our group project came out pretty.

Carolyn made this great card using her Cricut. She just got her Bigz Top Note die and she put it to good use. I love the papers, flowers, cuttlebugging, sentiment - well, everything about this card. She had everything already cut for us, all we had to do was put it together. Talk about spoiling us!!!

Vickie brought this adorable little kitty cat card. Who wouldn't just love this card?

Quilted Placemat

I'm making this placemat for Christmas gift. I hate making more than one of anything so it will be a struggle to get 3 of these made. This is the first one that I tried my hand at applique. I've got this "thing" for prairie points. I don't know how many placemats I've made, but I think square ones with PP are my favorite.

Regina's Printable Circle Cards

I am addicted to Regina Easter's printable stamps bought at her Cutting Cafe. They are economical and they save space in my stamping room. Let's face it! I'm running out of space for anymore stamps but will I quit buying them??? Heck NO! Regina is solving my problem. I made a Thank You card and Birthday card. On the birthday card I used the Cricut Wild Card cartridge. They are hard to see but I crochet'd my little flowers and mixed them with the store bought ones.

Cheese Birthday Card

I make personalized birthday cards for a friend and she needed a card for Mike. Well, I looked through my sample cards that we've made in our Wednesday Stamping Group and found one that I enjoyed making. Thanks to Lois for bringing this one to us.
